Uplifting Our Community’s Youth!

At Myles Harris Agency we have been collectively working together to support a series of local initiatives and outreach programs intended to provide assistance to children within this community.

The nonprofit we selected next is The Children’s Home of Stockton! (CHS) The CHS gives at-risk youth an opportunity for a productive life through treatment and education in a safe, nurturing environment.

The organization recognized the need for a children’s shelter that provided services for dependent and neglected children and so they opened CHS as an orphanage. Today, CHS is one of the largest social services organizations in Stockton. Each year, the Children’s Home of Stockton provides approximately 150 children and adolescents with comprehensive educational and therapeutic services.

When a student first enters the program, they collaborate with the extensive CHS team to overcome barriers of reunification, to complete individual treatment goals, establish long-term permanency goals, and to assess the strengths and needs of the youth and their family.

Recommend your friends, family members, and/or co-workers to receive an insurance quote from us and we’ll donate $10 for every person you provide us! Of course, donations can be made directly to supported organizations, but we are happy to use our own agency’s money and do that on your behalf, instead!
