At our agency, we value the physical and emotional wellbeing of the children in our community because we understand that they are the future. Although we wish nothing but the best for our local kids, we understand that sometimes life can present less than desirable circumstances at such a vulnerable age, affecting futures for generations to come. However, we at the Myles Harris Agency have decided to support the Children’s Home of Stockton in their mission to give at-risk youth an opportunity for a productive life through treatment and education in a safe, nurturing environment.

 CHS has recognized the need for a children’s shelter that provided services for dependent and neglected children and so they opened an orphanage. Today, CHS is one of the largest social services organizations in Stockton and the only licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program in San Joaquin County. In creating a healthy environment for children in need, they are also promoting kindness and education within the entire community
